Shipping and Delivery
We're committed to making your shopping experience as convenient as possible. At checkout, you can choose between drop off or shipping options, based on what works best for you.
Local Delivery
We offer convenient local delivery for customers within a 2-mile radius! Select "Local Delivery" at checkout for a $5 fee. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Please provide your best contact number at checkout, in case we need to reach you for delivery instructions!
Shipping
We ship across the United States, with shipping fees calculated based on you location and displayed at checkout. Here are the options available:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: (Optional) 3-5 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation and tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please note that shipping times are estimates, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds
At Co-Ordinated, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for some reason you're not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and refunds, subject to the conditions below.
Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be in their original, unworn, condition with tags still attached. We cannot accept items that show any signs of wear, including:
- Bodily fluids
- Makeup or tanning products
- Damage or visible signs of use
- Missing or removed tags
We reserve the right to refuse return that do not meet these conditions. If approved, we are happy to issue a refund or replacement, depending on available inventory.
How to Request a Return or Refund for Shipped orders: Customers can select the refund policy at the end of their order confirmation email. Shopify will manage returns and refunds from that point onward, ensuring a smooth and simple process.
For Local Delivery, we handle returns and refunds directly. If you need a return, replacement, or refund for a Local Delivery order, please contact us, and we'll be able to assist you, provided the item meets the return conditions mentioned above.

Track Your Order
We want to keep you informed every step of the way! Here's what you can expect after placing your order:
Pickup Orders
Once you place a pickup order, you'll receive a confirmation number via email. When your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you a notification via text or email, depending on your selected preference at checkout.
Shipped Orders
For shipped orders, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package through USPS or UPS. You can follow the progress of your shipment directly using the carrier's website.
